About Us

Delivery
We guarantee delivery within seven days of your order, except for items which are specifically indicated as taking longer. However, if it is impossible to come to a mutually agreeable delivery arrangement in this time, the actual delivery time may be extended until such arrangement is guaranteed.
We may use an independent carrier such as Parcel Force, or DHL. The carrier will only attempt to deliver the product twice, after which we regret that you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with them for delivery. The products will be returned to our warehouse if they have not been collected from the carrier within 21 days.

Charges
Orders for 6 - 12 bottles will incur a single delivery charge of £9.01(ex VAT), provided that goods are being delivered to a single recipient at a single delivery address.
For orders to multiple recipients and addresses the charges will be per recipient per address. Please contact us for details of delivery charges at contact@pegasuswines.co.uk
Returns Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction. We guarantee that all the products we sell are manufactured to the highest standard and should reach you in perfect condition. We guarantee that you can return any damaged goods, loss etc.; claims must be made within 24hrs of delivery. Damaged goods must be retained and returned to us for inspection within 7 days, unopened and in its original condition for a full refund of the value of the products. You must contact us by e-mail or telephone for full instructions so we can arrange the returning of any goods. If you are later than 24 hrs you cannot return the items. If the products are faulty you can return the products and we will refund the value of your products plus the cost of your p&p. If your order is returned for any other reason p&p is not refunded. If you have a complaint about our service please e-mail us at contact@pegas-uswines.co.uk We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and attempt to deal with any issues arising from your complaint as promptly and efficiently as possible. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
